I was born surrounded by the beautiful forests and lakes of Finland, was raised in the harsh outback of Australia, and now live in one of the many towering structures of Hong Kong. I love the expat life for all the interesting people I meet along the way; for the culture shocks and wonderful surprises.

Hong Kong is a fast-paced city. We really do work hard and play hard here. I keep a healthy balance by keeping fit and getting outdoors. I have been teaching English language and literature in Hong Kong for the past 12 years. I am also the English for Academic Purposes Coordinator, collaborating with other subject teachers in the interests of our English language learners.

Hong Kong has afforded me wonderful opportunities in my work and recreational life, but now I am ready for new experiences and challenges.
