Eileen Calderon

Hello, My name is Eileen Calderon. I am a OPS Manager, Human Resources, and Project Manager currently living in Chandler, AZ. My interests range from photography, cooking and dance. I am also interested in writing, music, and reading. I have over 25 years of exceptional experience in Operations and Administration, even 25+years in Accounting (all areas). I have supervised a team of 5 to 50. My management style, managing from the heart, hearing ideas, not micro managing, but inspiring great people, training my staff and giving them the right tools to be successful. I believe in cross training and utilizing staff to their full capabilities and have a diversified staff. I am a positive person who gives off a great energy and like to work with like minded people. I think of staff as partners and not employees, as we are all part of the same team, right? I love doing research and working on projects and seeing the end results. I love training and giving people useful skills to use and always have and build up their experience. Knowledge is power and we all grow and thrive when we are constantly learning. I love putting together training materials, power points, organizational binders with job descriptions and duties, all lined out, step by step. I guess, I am a details person and love it.
