In first grade my teacher, Mrs. Brown, sent home a report card with the warning that I talked during class and distracted my classmates. I do a lot more listening now.

I am a professional change agent and communicator. Success in this field comes down to understanding how people tick and knowing how to use that to help guide their behavior, then making a plan and executing it.

I spend nearly all my time trying to figure out who needs to hear what, when they need to hear it, and most importantly how. How do we move people from point A to point B - to improve themselves, our companies, our lives?
