I've been working with global brands for the past ten years in organisations UK & worldwide, by building relationships with their Training & Development teams. My aim & my passion is to help other people grow, develop & make positive change in their personal & professional lives. I do this in 2 ways, first by one to one executive coaching - your agenda, your goals, your dreams - i just help you to find your way there. Secondly, by helping Managers & Leaders in business get results through growing & shaping their people. Whatever challenges you face as a leader (or as a management team) - communicating, empowering others, inspiring a vision, buiding effective teams - whatever your development area is, i work with you to create interventions that address the challenge you face, help you get past it & deliver an ROI to your organisation.
