I relocated to East Leeds, in August. I am mature self-funded, BSc Psychology graduate from the University of Northampton, I have strong administrative and research skills. I am a strong leader, who enjoys working in a team environment. After founding and running the psychology society at university I found I had developed transferable skills; for organising events and being persuasive.

Research interests

My main research interests are in the attitude of people, in regard to taboo subjects like; sexual assault and the victims. My next journey in research is researching A cross-cultural analysis investigating the attitude of society regarding Rape in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community

My current research; A cross-cultural analysis investigating sex and age differences in attitudes and perceptions towards women and rape, was conducted as part of my undergraduate final dissertation. With the results of this research, I have attended the September 2017 annual social conference in Leicester, where I presented my research via a poster presentation. I have also had an article published in psych talk in January 2018 (please see link at the bottom of this page). For my masters, I plan to expand on my dissertation as research is limited in this area.

A little about me and my home life.

I am an advocate for mental health, I personally suffer from pain related anxiety. However, I am medicated for both conditions and I am currently in the receipt of CBT.

In 2017 I relocated to Leeds due to a house fire. We lost all our belongings however our pets and I were all safe. I believe everything happens for a reason and there is a reason I am now based in Leeds

At the home, I luckily share with 6 other logan's. I have a husband, two dogs and a cat, all my animals are rescue pets. The two dogs are called, Oreo, a Staffordshire bull terrier, and Roo - a Cockapoo. The cat is called Kit-Kat I have had since he was three weeks old.
