Einar primarily works with startups and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Iceland through his position at Arion Bank. Together with Icelandic Startups, Einar has been running Iceland's #1 accelerator, Startup Reykjavik in addition to assisting entrepreneurs raising capital. Einar is also the Chairman of the Board of the Icelandic Student Innovation Fund. He is a founder of three companies in Iceland and Sweden, the last one in financial advisory, ScandCap AB. Einar holds a B.S. degree in biology from University of Iceland and an MBA degree from Stockholm School of Economics.
