My name is Eleanor and I'm currently based in La Paz, Bolivia. I'm originally from the UK but left after graduating university to live in Spain, where I was for around 12 years. In that time, I worked first in academies as an English teacher, and then made the jump into public school teaching, something that wasn't at all easy as I had to learn Basque until C1 level and do a Master's in secondary school teaching. My 12 years in Spain were extremely productive both professionally and personally. I have learnt an awful lot from good and bad experiences at work, and have come out a stronger person, eager to apply my skills in another professional field.

In January 2023, my partner starting working in La Paz, Bolivia and I jumped at the opportunity to accompany him. I would like to take advantage of this big change to find rewarding and challenging work which develops me professionally and allows me to show my value in a totally new setting.
