EJ has a PhD in medical science focusing on TGFb signaling and Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition. Her other interests include signal transduction, gene regulation, epigenetics and history.
She has worked in Singapore, Scotland and Sweden. Occasionally, she does peer reviews for international journals. She is a native English speaker and can help as a proofreader to non-native English authors with their scientific articles or manuscripts in life science area.
EJ is a mother of four wonderful children and chase them around daily. In her spare time, she loves to bake pain ordinaries, watch Korean dramas and train for her annual 10-km summer runs.
