The development of science, technology, social and economic improvement and an increased need for health services and nursing care is a challenge for the nursing profession in Indonesia. The nursing profession have to improve the quality of service excellence with international standards. Many things must be pursued to meet these standards, including government policy in nursing education system, role of the Association of Indonesian Nurse Education Center (AINEC), and the role of professional organizations, Indonesian National Nurse Association (INNA). Specifically, Faculty of Nursing need to consider a few things: in management of nursing education, competency-based curriculum, an adequate number of human resources, continuing education of the staff for specialist/doctoral nursing science, and also budgeting. It's expected through cooperation programs, good teams and international collaboration can accelerate the achievement of the goals.

off campus, be my self, being a person who always meaningful for others is a desire that will never disappear. I love my profession as a nurse and be lecturer at the government university. Busy routine activities on campus and nursing profession organization didn't make me lose the role and beautiful moment with my family that always preparing lovely time for weekend together.

Success is not the key to happiness, but happiness is the key to success. If you love what you're doing, you will be successfull.
