I am a convinced marketer. Marketing is not a profession but a state of mind. I believe in the wisdom of Warren Buffet, Philippe Kotler and Oscar Wild. The latter is highly inspirational for social media with his aphorism: "The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about".
My field of predilection is marketing disruptive innovation. In heavy industry, automotive, FMCG, fine watchmaking - it is all about paradigm shift in business model and customer consumption preferences. At the end it is all about people management, or ability to create environment in which employees are entitled to have liberty to exercise their missions. As the legendary CEO of 3M once said "If you put fences around people, you get sheep. Give people the room they need". Especially, if one postulates that in the business environment - "The only constant is change".
