Ekrem Toptal

Ekrem Toptal's parents provided him—and his brother and sister—with a solid foundation for academics. During his early school years, Ekrem Toptal remembers his daily routine very well, which consisted of more than just the usual eight-hour school day. Even if his teacher did not assign homework, his parents made sure that he—and his siblings—were engaged in something educational for at least two hours after the school day ended. Later in life, Ekrem Toptal learned that the disciplined routine of his early years helped him gain success as an adult.
