Short Bio:

Ms. Ektaa Sandbhor Patill is an Odissi Dancer from Pune. She is Disciple of Odissi Guru Shringarmani Mrs. Anuradha Gandhi. She has given performances for various cultural festivals in Pune. She performs & teaches Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra style of Odissi Dance. She has also learned from Guru Sujata Mohapatra, Guru Dr. Kaustavi Sarkar, Guru Ratikant Mohapatra & Padmashree Guru Ranjana Gauhar during workshops.She has also learned Kathak - from Guru Roshan Datye, Lyrical Contemporary and Jazz dance styles. She has completed MSc from Pune University and has worked for Biotech industry, Diversity project & has also worked for Schools .She is also a visiting faculty dance instructor for cultural programmes of various schools around Pune & at NCSU, USA. She has achieved Excellence certificate from SPIC MACAY & UNC (USA) in Indian Classical dance educators training. She has also conducted Odissi master classes at NCSU Dance program, North Carolina, USA.

She has performed for below given festivals and has also received applaud of appreciation from her audience : Saptarangi kala Avishkar at Symboisis auditorium Pune, Nrityotsav festival Pune, Mancha Pravesh performance at Saptashrungi Mahalaxmi KalaMandir Pune, Navaratri Mahotsav Pune, Mahatma Phule Auditorium - Pune Classical Dance Festival, Debanshi festival Odisha, Jaipur Sangeet Mahavidyalaya festival Rajasthan, (Kalashray Manch & Utkalika Online classical dance festivals.), Bhakti Revival festival, Ganesh Utsav North Carolina, Lake City summer Festival Seattle, Kala Vaibhavam festival Monroe WA….to name a few.

She has been awarded with prestigious "Bhaktti Narthaki" title from International Shiva Community, Women Icon award 2022, Kala Vagvisvarupini Award 2024.

Along with giving performance, with the blessings of her Guru, Ektaa is imparting Odissi training to the aspiring dancer’s. She is currently staying in Seattle, Washington , USA.
