Hey there, I'm Ekta!
I hail from Mumbai, India and moved to Canada in April 2019. I stayed in Vancouver for a year where I pursued marketing management from Douglas College and recently relocated to Toronto to study Social media at Seneca College.
Previously, I worked as a Client and Project manager in the advertising industry for 4 years at Taproot Dentsu and Mullen Lowe respectively with clients across multiple categories. I also had the opportunity to work as an assistant director for movies. This amalgamation of my work experience and prior education made me curious to gain and enhance my skills in marketing with a niche understanding of Social Media as this medium of communication I believe is most essential in today's time.
Apart from my career, my other interests range from arts to coffee. I am also interested in technology, innovation, and hiking.
