Let me start by saying, I am by no means a writer. On the contrary, I have a lot of interesting thoughts that most people feel I should share. The form in which I share them will most likely be unconventional, unorganized, and often times confusing, just as they are when they come to my mind. This blog is being made with the intention of reminding myself of what I was like in my 20's when i'm in my 60's. I'm thinking i'll still be the same and feel the same about all the things I write here, but only time will tell :)

A little bit about me: I am a 20 something, loving life in Chicago, spending time with my family and friends, and doing all sorts of great things. I work for a large CPG company as a product developer, and have a far cooler job than I could have ever imagined!

Some of my favorite things include:

My family- A great deal of my posts will be about my niece Abigail (I refer to her as B most of the time). She’s amazing, and outrageously cute. The other ones are pretty funny too.( I’m not going to disguise their names, you’ll get to know them well, they deserve everything they have coming.)

My friends-You will come to learn a lot about them. They are hilarious, unique, smart, pretty, and wonderful. I like to surround myself with the best of people, and the ones mentioned on here are just that.( I will disguise their names for their own well being. It’s really for the best)

Cooking- Anything and everything. Clearly as the name of this blog states, it will mostly be of the paleo form. I have decided to take on the challenge of being paleo for a year. Starting January 1st I said goodbye to grains, legumes, sugar, dairy, starches, and all the other junk mucking up my life I imagine I will have a few break downs, but it should make for an interesting read.

Baking- Some of it being paleo, obviously But I also love to bake normal things (wheat flour containing) for my friends and family, its how I show my love. Hopefully i’ll make something that inspires you and leads you to do the same!

Crossfit-It’s my favorite thing to do. On days I need to take a break or rest, I question what my other hobbies are. I’ll probably talk about it a little bit on here.
