Leah

I am a labyrinth,

My ideas elaborate,

And mystifying,

I begin a sentence,

Then I change my mind,

The words I await,

I can not find,

The distance,

Far,

I can't backtrack,

I will lose my way,

Without help,

I'll be trapped all day,

I need someone,

To lead me,

Through the end,

The string I must follow,

In order to succeed,

Without any guide-lines,

I may not proceed,

But I must remember,

All that came before,

Is very important,

For it got me this far,

And it shall bring me to the end,

But wait!

Not so fast,

First I must travel to the center,

Where the great beast huffs,

Puffs,

And stomps its hoofs,

Restlessly,

Waiting to charge,

I am afraid,

Even though beside me is an aid,

I don't know what to do,

I'm running out of good ideas,

I might not make it to the end,

Even if I put up a fight,

And try with all my might,

The beast sometimes defeats me,

My words become lost and forgotten,

Not even a myth shall be told,

The past was all I had,

And I threw it away,

All because I didn't,

Know where to turn next,

But sometimes I win!

I slay the beast!

And after that,

It's easy,

All I do is follow the line,

Back to the beginning,

Which brings me to the end.
