Elaina Richards

I'm currently attending the Pennsylvania State University for Mathematics Education. I work at a day care and I also tutor math at Penn State. I really enjoy education and math. I love art and am pretty good at it so if you ever want a picture or painting done, feel free to email me. I plan on graduating Spring 2012 with my degree from Penn State, and plan to teach at an intercity school. I hope to make a difference with my life, and I think that influencing the next generation with quality experiences is key, so that they can leave my classroom changed for the better. If it turns out that I don't want to teach right away when I graduate, I plan on attending grad school and hopefully go till I reach a PhD in mathematics education. I love mathematics and learning, and it just seems right for me to go as far as I can with it.
