Evolve 2 Consult was established in 2007, by Paul Burnett & Brent Glattbach and remain core delivery and service providers to our Clients. Brent and Paul both have over 20 years industry experience and have built around them a strong, vibrant team with a can-do ethos and personal attributes to compliment and strengthen the business.

In the early years of trading Evolve concentrated on the core disciplines of Project Management, Cost Management and CDM Co-ordination through the North and Midlands Offices. However, as the team has grown our range of services to our clients has diversified and the geographical coverage has also widened to encompass UK as a whole with the addition of a Southern Regional Office in London over two years ago. Evolve also undertakes a small amount of overseas work.

Year on year our team has grown steadily and reaped the rewards with turnover increasing by 50% year on year. The volume of repeat orders acts as a further testament to our staff and quality of service. We are now undertaking our fifth project with Teesside University, have carried out five schemes for Warwick District Council and two schemes at Landau Forte College to mention just a few. We pride ourselves in the quality of our services and strength of our relationships which has seen us working with Balfour Beatty in the London area for the last three years on a variety of schemes within the education sector.

Today Evolve is a strong SME business with dedicated individuals providing a range of construction and building related consultancy services with teams in our three regional delivery offices of Harrogate, Nottingham and London.

Looking forward, Evolve is continuing its steady expansion with a Manchester Office on the horizons towards the end of the current year and a further office in the South West to follow within the next twelve months. Evolve remains a secure privately owned consultancy business with a vision for personnel to become part owners in the future years.
