Elaine Hall

I am currently a MLIS graduate student at San Jose State University studying information literacy, academic libraries, online learning, research, emerging technologies, and learning communities.

As a graduate student assistant at SJSU, I am also involved with research relating to online learning, distance education, MOOCs,and online community engagement.

I am also Chair of the American Library Association Student Chapter (ALASC) and Project Manager for SLISConnect - SJSU student and aumni association. My involvement in these associations include leadership, program outreach, student engagement, and project management.

Outside my professional interests, I am a mother of two, wife, avid gardner, blogger, and am pursuing writing my first book.
