Hello everyone! My name is Yingwen Xue, you can also call me Elaine.

I am an operation system specialist in China’s retail industry, being familiar with IT solution projects including ERP, POS, B2B and other commonly used corporate systems, and the management and features of retail market.

I love my job because it is challenging and makes me feel sense of achievement. Working as a project manager, I am responsible to conduct the Operating Department and plan the business process. Although always being the only lady in the IT Department, I am no doubt a professional and skillful project manager.

From reading to hiking, I have intensive interests and hobbies in the spare time. Because of having certain knowledge and interests in outdoor equipment, I prefer working in the company relevant to sports, from Mizuno to Amer which is the current company I am working for.

I like psychology, and I also have the Certificate of Psychological Consultant authorized by China Occupational Skill Testing Authority. I enjoy helping people to handle with emotional problems and you can feel free to contact me if needed.
