Elaine Beliakoff is an expert in strategic communications with 15 years of experience driving high-profile, big-impact changes for large organizations.

Beliakoff leads communications for Young’s Holdings, the 130-year old parent company to four privately-held wine & spirits companies with annual revenue exceeding $3 billion: Young's Market Company, Infinium Spirits, Wilson Daniels, and Wilson Daniels Wholesale. She is responsible for internal and external communications for 3,000+ employees across 14 states.

She was formerly communications manager for Chevron Corporation, where she developed and managed the company's first internal communications function in its global manufacturing business. Beliakoff was called on as the global expert to conduct assessments and implement campaigns and best practices from North and South America to Kazakhstan, Australia and South Africa.

Before Chevron, Beliakoff served on the communication team at The Walt Disney Company responsible for engaging 20,000+ cast members at the Disneyland Resort. Prior to that, Beliakoff worked in the Mayor's office for the City of Anaheim where she led citywide campaigns to residents, businesses, and employees.

She is a two-time recipient of the esteemed Gold Quill Award of Excellence, awarded by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Beliakoff served as president of the Orange County Chapter of IABC in 2016, and led the organization to be recognized as the 2017 Mid-Size Chapter of the Year.

Beliakoff’s academic degrees include: M.A. in Strategic Public Relations from University of Southern California (USC); M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University; and B.S. in Public Policy and Management from USC. She is a frequent speaker at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication on topics of communication and professional development.
