I am a life coach currently living in New York. I work with clients to make strategic and powerful shifts in their lives that result in profound joy and fulfillment. I'm skillful in supporting my clients' coaching goals and pinpointing their impediments to growth. My warm coaching style is uniquely suited to those seeking guidance on issues related to love, career, body and life balance.

My professional life prior to coaching was in digital media development where I planned and designed award-winning, large scale website programs for a variety of organizations in the arts, media, entertainment and various consumer product industries. I was an information architect and user experience designer.

A passionate foodie, I established a dessert catering company serving clients in NYC museum and park organizations. During this time, I also sold my sweet treats in an electric car in NYC's Riverside Park. I'm the author of a children's cookbook called Super Duper Cupcakes published by Sterling.

These seemingly unrelated professional experiences share a common thread that I joyfully brings to my coaching - the desire to unite a variety of concepts, wishes and ingredients into a beautiful and sustaining whole. Coaching is, without a doubt, the culmination of my life’s work.
