Hi, I’m Elaine. I’m a registered nurse and clinical educator with over 14 years of experience in hospital care, including med-surg, orthopedics, telemetry, and step-down ICU. I currently work as a Charge Nurse and Preceptor, where I lead teams, mentor new nurses, and help improve patient outcomes through hands-on care and quality improvement efforts.

I’m certified in trauma-informed care and behavioral crisis intervention, and I’m passionate about supporting patients not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, empathy, and respect—no matter their background or circumstance.

I was born and raised in West Valley City, Utah, and I’m proud to give back to the community that raised me. I stay active in local outreach efforts, speak at school career events, and volunteer at health fairs and wellness nights. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, baking sourdough, walking the Jordan River Trail, and spending time with my family.
