Elaine Degró is a systems strategist, writer, voice artist, and transportation professional with nearly two decades of experience supporting C-suite executives, managing global virtual teams, and building operational infrastructure across corporate and startup ecosystems, including NBCUniversal and NEXCOM.

Her early entrepreneurial work began with Agile Executive Services™, a consultancy bridging high-level strategy with hands-on execution, executive support, and operational leadership. That foundation later evolved into We, The Women, a mission-driven platform dedicated to supporting founders, creatives, and purpose-driven leaders through operational clarity, strategic growth, and meaningful infrastructure.

Today, Elaine offers consulting, ghostwriting, and professional voice services on a limited basis, partnering with select clients who value thoughtful systems, authentic storytelling, and exceptional execution. Her voice work includes commercial, narration, meditation, ASMR, and branded audio projects, bringing warmth, clarity, and personality to every performance.

Alongside her consulting career, Elaine works in the transportation industry and has experience as a dispatcher and holds a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Her experience in transportation operations has strengthened her expertise in logistics, coordination, compliance, real-time problem-solving, and operational efficiency. For Elaine, systems are not abstract concepts, they are built, maintained, and lived every day.

As a writer, Elaine explores themes of resilience, identity, belonging, and reclamation. She is the author of the Finding Home poetry anthology and The Little Bus 543: A Story About Being Seen, Being Chosen, and Belonging, a children's and young adult title inspired by true events that encourages readers to embrace kindness, empathy, and the courage to celebrate what makes them unique. She also publishes essays and commentary on Medium. Her ghostwriting work helps founders, executives, and thought leaders communicate their ideas with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

Elaine is a proud Puerto Rican mother and advocate for domestic violence and child abuse awareness. Whether designing systems, writing stories, lending her voice, coordinating operations, or navigating the road, her work is grounded in independence, integrity, and a deep belief that thoughtful systems—and authentic human connection—have the power to create lasting impact.
