Russ Lerner has nearly 30 years of experience in the offshore oilfield engineering and construction industry holding various management positions in market development, project management, engineering, and construction.

Russ is an honors graduate of the United Arab Emirates University

with a bachelors degree in Engineering and an MBA in Business management

Prior to Elapath, Russ spent 5 years with ADNOC and its subsidiaries, including as Field Director, and worked as an independent contractor before starting up Elapath Energy.
