Elizabeth Bergen

I'm a recent honors graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor's in biology and a minor in creative writing. My goal is to turn my diverse background in ecology and evolution research into a career as a science writer.

I believe that even the best, most fascinating science is inadequate if it is not communicated to the public in an engaging manner, and I'm particularly interested in the use of multimedia to convey the rich findings of modern research in a layman-friendly presentation.
