Eldercare Home Health has been providing Registered Nurse supervised and case managed care to seniors in Toronto and the GTA for more than 19 years. Lisa Wiseman BSCN, RN, GNC(C), is the owner and President of Eldercare Home Health Inc. They provides a level of elderly home care that non-medical services can't, and, at a competitive rate. Their care options include at home, in a retirement home, in a nursing home, and in hospital. Eldercare has extensive experience providing care for seniors who have a variety of illnesses, including: Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Diabetes. They also care for clients who have had a stroke, have heart problems, Arthritis and Osteoporosis. Almost all of their clients are over 80, and some are over 100. Eldercare services include: help with activities of daily living, companionship, ensuring the right medications are taken at the right time, accompany clients to medical appointments, and exercise program reinforcement. They also help with housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
