Eldin Zarkic

As you have guessed by now my name is Eldin Zarkic, I was originally born in Bosnia in 1991 and my family emigrated to England during the unrest in the country at that time. I lived in Coventry (West Midlands) where I spent the majority of my life and it became my home city. After compulsory education I followed my interest for computing and completed a National Diploma in Information Technology, my interest into computers grew into a passion during the two years i studied at the City College Coventry.

Once I had finished college I made the life changing decision to move away from home and to south Wales, here I find myself in the present day at the University of Wales, Newport. I decided to follow my passion and interest in technology and I am studying Forensic Computing BSc (Hons). The course has enabled me to learn so much about the inner workings of a computer and, how to perform digital investigations efficiently and competently. I also hold a part-time job to help with the cash flow, student life is a hard one as they say.

Away from my working life I remain very active, I enjoy regularly cycling the local area's of South Wales which are stunningly beautiful. I also attend the local gym and enjoy socializing with friends and visiting my family back in Coventry. I also enjoy team sports such as football, tennis and paintball. I also enjoy long walks through country sides and along mountain routes.
