Eleanor Ashley

I am an aspiring filmmaker who has directed and edited together several bits and pieces of film including my own short film as an EPQ project. My main interest is in directing and directing music videos - including the editing process. Currently I am seeking oppotunities in film production internships or apprenticeships - looking for assistant or runner work.

I am currently a Saturday afternoon radio presenter for The Cat Community Radio (This Is The Cat) where my show focuses on the latest stories in music with music spotlights on 1970's punk.

On top of this I am the founding member of a high school film club where I encourage pupils to engage with film and also give them the oppotunity to create their own bits of film .

I am writing my own original screenplay and am the bass player in a band.

As a film student I have completed several units of coursework including a visual storyboard (my background image is an example of one of the images I took), a film focus (I completed a written report on Withnail and I), a prentation script on the work of Richard Ayoade and my own original screenplay extract.
