I would like to give you a quick insight into who i am. I have been in the Fitness/Nutrition world for almost 16 yrs now. After doing many things with and through fitness I decided to go ahead and make the next move, one of Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, I have always felt a great need to make exercise and nutrition a part of my life, and feel with the correct knowledge and diet plan in place others can reach their goals as well, I hope to be able to make others' lives as healthy and active as mine. And with making fitness a part of their every day life they too will come to realize fitness pays back 10 fold what they put into it, and they will reap benefits to stay and live a fuller, fitter life. I hope to meet and hear from many of you here on about.me in the near future and the next chapter of my life.
