Eleanor has four years of experience as an HR manager for a Bay Area manufacturer. As a one-woman department, she gained a wide variety of HR experience including employee relations, benefits negotiation, staffing, compensation, and M&A.
She enjoys new projects and challenges and has recently been studying project management and business strategy as she prepares for the SPHR exam.
In addition, she has led small groups in the graduate program at San Francisco Theological Seminary. She has extensive experience in organizing and leading volunteer groups. She has also planned and led weekend retreats.
