Khi Rozier
Realtor, Writer, and Life Coach in Tennessee
I am not a career politician I am a proven entrepreneur, community builder, and lifelong servant who has dedicated my life to uplifting the people around myself. I am a proud Coffee County resident since June 2007, I have watched this community grow, faced its challenges firsthand, and made the decision to step forward and serve the people of Coffee County with the same integrity and drive I brings to every area of my life.
🏡 Rooted in Coffee County
I have called Coffee County home for nearly two decades. As a husband and the proud adoptive father of two boys, I understands deeply what it means to invest in the future of this community because my family's future is here too. My commitment to Coffee County is not political; it is personal.

⛪ Faith & Community Involvement
I have been attending Second Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville, and my faith is a cornerstone of how I leads and serves. I believes that strong communities are built on strong values compassion, accountability, and genuine care for one another.
🗳️ Why Khi Is Running
I am running because I have seen too many residents fall through the cracks, families struggling with housing, seniors without transportation, caregivers without support, and a county government that too often operates without transparency. I am not running against anyone. I am running for the people of Coffee County, every household, every ZIP code, every family that deserves a seat at the table.
My platform centers on five pillars:
Transparency & Accountability in county government
Affordable Housing & Renters Assistance for working families
Transportation Support for seniors, workers, and underserved residents
Family Assistance for Those with Disabled Loved Ones
A Semi-Quarterly County Stimulus Initiative to put money back into local hands and local businesses
🤝 A Servant Leader for All of Coffee County
I do not lead for applause, I lead for impact. My life's work across business, wellness, entertainment, foundation building, and soon home health care tells the story of a man who shows up, builds things, and puts people first. That is exactly what Coffee County needs on August 6, 2026.
