I am a Restoration Strategist and Podcaster at Elegant Granny LLC currently living in Virginia.

Passionate about supporting women, children, and individuals with developmental disabilities transition from a life of abuse to a life of restoration, I use strategies to support them repairing their thought pattern of how they feel about themselves; rebuilding their self-love with tangible actions; and assist them creating action plans restoring them to abundant mindfulness while recovering.
In addition, I also provide educational tools for the supporters (friends and family) of these survivors in the area of mindfulness, receptivity, and trust building to increase the likelihood of successful restoration of those transitioning from abuse.
With 30+ years of experience, I have worked with clients in Behavioral Health including: Autism, Oppositional Defiance, Manic Depression, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other mental health issues.
