I graduated in Foreign Languages (German and English) studying at the University of Salento and in Germany at the Bremen University. A few years later, I completed an MA in Marketing and Communication Management and began working as an international press officer for cultural events and tourism.

Although I enjoyed that experience, I had always been passionate about education and, at the time, about the emerging trend: E-learning. In 2013, I decided to pursue this calling and obtained the Italian teaching qualification that allowed me to teach in middle and high schools. Since 2019, I have been working as a permanent teacher of English as a Second Language for the Italian Ministry of Education.

Over the past ten years, I have taken part in numerous professional development courses focusing on innovative teaching strategies and methodologies, which have significantly enriched and broadened my teaching practice. Throughout my career, I have also taken on a range of responsibilities within the school environment, including serving as a Department Coordinator and as a member of examination boards for competitive teaching examinations for the AS2B teaching category.

In 2025, I began working as an English Language Assistant at the University of Salento in Lecce, an experience that has been particularly rewarding as it has allowed me to further connect my academic background with my passion for language teaching.

And meanwhile I’ve travelled like crazy!!!
