I graduated in Foreign Languages (German and English) studying at the University of Salento and in Germany at the Bremen University. A few years later, I completed an MA in Marketing and Communication Management and began working as an international press officer for cultural events and tourism.

Although I enjoyed that experience, I had always been passionate about education and, at the time, about the emerging trend: E-learning. In 2013, I decided to pursue this calling and obtained the Italian teaching qualification that allowed me to teach in middle and high schools. Since 2019, I have been working as a permanent teacher of English as a Second Language for the Italian Ministry of Education.

Over the past ten years, I have taken part in many professional development courses on innovative teaching strategies and methods, which have greatly enriched my teaching practice. More recently, in 2024, I also started working as an English Language Assistant at the University of Salento in Lecce, which has been a rewarding way to connect my academic background with my passion for language teaching.

And meanwhile I’ve travelled like crazy!!!
