I'm a Certified Yoga Teacher. In addition to teaching Classical Hatha Yoga, I also offer Yoga Nidra (guided meditation).
Ayurveda & Yoga... They're my work, but also how I personally stay healthy. I also love riding my bike & walking around town. Speaking of towns... I love to travel and explore new places. (In my wallpaper photo I was in Croatia in May 2012. I highly recommend it!)
