Elena is an accomplished hotel leader with 18-year record of success and proven expertise in hotel operations, marketing, events, communications/PR and brand management across the EAME region. Talent for building guest relations and growing guest loyalty and engagement across multiple brands, with a continuous focus on driving innovation and consistently delivering outstanding guest experiences. She is currently the Senior Director of Loyalty Marketing and Operations at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. In her current role, she is responsible for management, creation and implementation of divisional Loyalty Marketing strategy.
