I am passionate about working in a diverse and fast changing environment of IT engineering. As a program manager, agile pioneer and promoter, I focus my efforts on setting up and improving processes to make life of engineering and business professionals easier and more enjoyable.

Structured process with enough flexibility and adaptability gives lots of food for thought, analysis, reporting and historical retrospective. Plan-Do-Check-Act! Project Management for me is about structuring product life cycle in a manageable, traceable but entertaining way, to have time to work and celebrate achievements.

I love asking questions. When I complete my meetings, I know answers to "Who? When? What? and How?"

I hold Master Degree in Engineering and Technology, a Certificate in Project Management with Distinction from UC Berkeley, Project Management Professional (a.k.a. PMP) credentials from PMI and Certified Scrum Master credentials.

Currently I hold my ground strong as a first Program Manager of Elementum, Supply Chain Management made simple Company. In the past I applied myy efforts to launch a ground-shaking Web version of AutoCAD at Autodesk; pioneered Program Management Office at Five9, the leading player in the Hosted Call Center Industry; as well as addressed Media Publishers' needs launching a mobile rich product line for InMobi, World's Largest Independent Mobile Ad Network.
