Hire me

My formal training in pharmaceuticals combined with compounding skills acquired at the Pharmacy Compounding Centers of America and my subsequent training at Atelier Esthetique made the transition into esthetics and opened up a whole new world of opportunities for a new customer base. My new client now wants to be introduced to a better skincare regimen, one that can be equally beneficial and cost effective. And yes, that is actually very attainable given the proper resources.

I am a pharmacist, aesthetician, patient advocate, skincare consultant and beauty advisor. I am passionate about creating best in class experiences only second to my self-proclaimed “ingredient junkie” in skincare.

Having introduced myself, please continue with the following:

1- I have strong written and verbal skills and can communicate and disseminate scientific knowledge across all levels of the organization from physician to customer levels with ease and efficiency.
~ I have facilitated training sessions with associates teaching “working smarter not harder” outcomes.
~ I have held field team meetings as liaison with district managers and brainstormed SWOT analysis.
~ I was a guest speaker at annual pharmaceutical convention focusing on patient-centic care opportunities.

2- I am self-motivated and highly organized to manage multiple projects within a team.
~ I have a collaborative mindset focusing on the strengths of each individual, together attaining goals.
~ I have the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
~ I build the team, support their progress and benchmark their successes.

3- I have strong problem-solving skills and I am comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
~ I held prior positions allowing for the morphing of skills and the wearing of multiple hats.
~ I embrace change and forging untraveled roads, the unknown only needs the challenge to be met.
~ I welcome the opportunity and allow the person to create the opportunity as a need is attained.

4- I am an individual with the ability to navigate a complex organizations with limited resources.
~ I wrote and procured $300,000 of outside funding for a national technician certification program when the need arose.
~ “Can’t” only sets the stage for another way of attaining a desired outcome with often unforeseen means.
~ The only thing that holds one back is the inability to see the possibilities the future will bring, once undertaken.
