Hi, I'm Eleni. I'm a Youth Mentor for Stress Relief. I work online with teenagers and university students, teaching them effective self-help tools and techniques for coping with stress and overwhelm.

I also offer small group de-stressing workshops for parents and teachers; I believe that if we care about student wellbeing, it makes sense to also care about the wellbeing of those who care for them.

My interests range from education to cooking and dance. I love barbeques, being in nature, outdoor cinemas, and stand up comedy shows.
