I have been involved in the IT industry for 21 years and have worked for both end users and blue chip vendors, such as Intel, Rio Tinto,Tattersall, NCR, Reuters & Philips.
This mix of companies has given me a wealth of technical knowledge, as well as the ability to understand the complexities of large diverse institutions and their ever-changing ICT needs.
I am passionate about ICT and technology, and spend a large portion of my free time reading, researching and keeping up to date with IT trends. I have strategic IT vision, while remaining aware of fiscal constraints.
I have strong people and vendor management skills, and have developed over the course of my career a management style that has brought out the best in my staff and their work ethic.
