Greetings, I’m Elia. I’m a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach as well as an Aviation enthusiast living in Glastonbury, Connecticut. I am passionate about Aviation, science, music and leadership. My inspiration comes from my faith which helps me to see people in the way God sees them.

On an inter-personal level, I'm especially interested in people's quality of life which transcends its temporal aspects. I enjoy different cultures and languages and have a propensity toward finding common ground with others. Over the last 30 years I have been involved in various aspects of aviation. I began my aviation career as an A&P mechanic and progressed into technical supervision, maintenance sales & marketing, aviation maintenance budgets and business management with full P&L responsibility. I have a proven track record in customer service which has not only enabled me to grow personally and professionally but has allowed me to add value to any team or business unit both as an influential team-player and as a trustworthy leader.

My passion for leadership and the desire to add value to people by sharing my life-long experiences has lead me to become a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach.

Being real and transparent while modeling a positive attitude is in fact a delicate balance I strive to maintain. It is my belief that we should make the most of every day we are given and live life to its fullest.
