My name is Elia, originally from Honduras, Central America but proudly raised in Las Vegas. Growing up in an immigrant household, my family and I experience financial challenges, fueling a genuine interest in me to understand the intricacies of money—how to invest, budget wisely, and transform your finances. My five-year journey in financial services hasn't just been a job; it's been a my pathway to deepen myunderstanding into money managing.

As a UNLV Rebel (Go Rebs!), my journey into marketing began with the AMA chapter, sparking a passion that has driven my career since graduating in ‘14. I’ve been able to hone in my marketing expertise contributing significantly to other organizations.

My role involved comprehensive customer journey mapping, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and quarterly feedback gathering to optimize retention strategies. As a Product Marketing Manager, I've was able to work on defining the value proposition for a product, led successful go-to-market strategies, and gathered member feedback for continuous improvement.

I've also held pivotal roles at Credit One Bank, Diamond Resorts International, and Ecommerce Innovations, showcasing proficiency in digital marketing, budget management, and content strategy. My diverse experience reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
