I work integrating all the different dietary theories - combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, Blood Type Diet, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods.

I am a Board Certified graduate (CHHC) and Health Coach of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (affiliated with Columbia University and SUNY Purchase). I continued my studies through the Integrative Nutrition Immersion Program (IIN) and the Lifelong Learning Student Program. I am also a Culinary Business Academy graduate (Atlanta, GA).
