Elias Darraj is a highly motivated, goal-oriented and team builder. I seek to further my knowledge and experiences at work and life. Elias Darraj current role is a Business Relationship Manager at CareFirst. I am leading transformation at CareFirst Medicaid Government Programs. My job involves working with various teams to streamline processes and systems with our Medicaid business.

Elias Darraj is a community leader. I worked with Cub Scout as a den leader and committee chair. I am also the Scoutmaster for Troop 444 Scouts BSA . I also volunteer at Middle School PTA.

Elias enjoys cooking at home, the outdoors and spending quality time with his kids. Making middle eastern food, baking in cast iron outdoors and making any food with kids is what I call quality time.
