Student, Writer, and Psychologist in San Antonio, Texas

Who is Elida Garcia ?

Well, since you asked, Elida Garcia is your future Forensic Psychologist. Elida was a child of a very unstable father and since she was young, she saw, first-hand, what crazy looked like. Although growing up in such an unstable and harsh environment was difficult, she did not play the victim. As she got older and understand that life isn't just rainbows and butterflies, she started studying her own dad. Elida would take into consideration everything her dad had to experience over the years to try to make sense of some of his… not so wise actions. Of course, just like any other child living in challenging households, Elida was diagnosed with depression and a few more disorders. She might have even been crazy for a bit… and probably still is. However… she hasn't only studied her own psycho father, she also started studying herself… as best as a 14 year old can with an interest in psychology. Let me just add that Elida is a very mature, smart, and determined young woman, and has been since middle school. Elida’s crazy childhood is what made her want to find the crazy in other people. She started examining the worst of criminals to find an explanation in the craziness of the case. She's also observed every crime show there is, whether it be real or fake. She's researched every 2 to 3 hour documentary about the worst of serial killers. She's watched a countless amount of the paranormal documentaries to amplify her mind and to apprehend the mind of others. Analyzing the mind, body, and brain will always be her leisure activity.

Elida Garcia is only 17, however, she has a profoundly strong mind for her age, and eager to do whatever it takes to become the Psychologist that you call to come help solve your crimes.

Investigating the question “why?” is what drives me to work and to study why people do the things they do. I get down to the very bottom of the problem. I examine everything, to the time of birth, to childhood memories, to how the parents' role affected my subject, to high school experiences, to the terrible depression stage hitting adulthood. I believe everyone has a hidden secret and everyone is a little crazy and that's what makes them the person that they are today. And I love figuring out those secrets.
