Hello There,

I’m Elie Hirschfeld.I have directed Hirschfeld Properties in many innovative collaborations with other distinguished land development firms, including the Zeckendorf Organization, the Donald Trump Organization, Silverstein Properties, Empire Realty Group, Belz Enterprises of Memphis, and Simon Property Group for many years. Visionary projects have included The Sports Club/LA, a totally vertical sports club, Manhattan Mall, one among the primary vertical shopping malls in NYC, and New York's first open-air parking garage.

Prior to joining Hirschfeld Properties, I worked as an attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Haldey & McCloy. His practice areas included land, financing, and banking law. I have received my academic degree from NY University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Brown University, where he served as President of his class. I have completed quite 100 triathlons, hitting his international part in 2015 as he placed fourth within the AJ Bell London Triathlon. In 2011, I married Dr. Sarah J. Schlesinger, a professor of clinical investigation at Rockefeller University, also as a physician and researcher. She focuses her research energy on the system and finding ways to induce the human system to heal itself using dendritic cells to treat conditions like cancer or HIV.
