My career has been oriented to quality and food safety management in agriculture and livestock production, feedstuff, meat industry and food safety assurance in general in one of the largest cooperatives in southern europe. I have been working as third party auditor for top international retailers in fruit, fresh vegetables, edible products, livestock, carcass , meat production and I have been qualified as GlobalG.A.P. Integrated Farm Assurance trainer. Actually i'm working on science operations and International Business Developement in IRTA, a public research organization, where I'm fully involved in contractual research, science valorization and public-private partnerships internationally. I am also lecturer at the UdL-Unizar-UAB MSc in Pig Production and Breeding.
