After helping his family business grow into the top five jewelry store in Portland, Oregon, Elie Kassab ventured into the world of real estate development. Founding Prestige Development, Elie began working on real estate projects focused on helping under resourced communities.

Starting with his new hometown, Elie Kassab was determined to revitalize Vancouver, Washington. Within a plaza he acquired, Elie Kassab constructed a massive movie theatre in hopes to attract more people and businesses. Within years, Elie’s contribution brought about many changes, eventually leading to Vancouver being titled one of America’s most hipster cities, which lead to further developments.

Next, Elie Kassab built the Lewis & Clark Plaza, a 46-unit senior housing structure. Not long after, Elie was joined by numerous investors as they constructed several additional buildings. Elie Kassab is currently working on his Our Heroes Place residential project, with more projects under way.
