Joowon Elina Jung

My name is Elina and I am a director of POLY School currently living in Seoul, South Korea.

I hold a BA in Linguistics and TESL certificate from SFU. After completing UBC Teacher Education Program in 2005, I came to Korea to work as an ELL teacher and this is my 13th year working at the same school.

I have two sons (8 and 5 years old) and been a working mom since they were born. My hobbies are learning new languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Japanese, and Chinese). I also enjoy playing the guitar and singing.

This is my fourth Queen's online course for Post-graduate Certificate in Special Education. I love teaching math. I am looking forward to learning from all my colleagues and Susan.
