My name is Elina Valtonen, M.Sc. in Management and Organization. Eternal optimist fuelled by positivity, great people and good coffee.

I'm especially interested in Human Resources issues, such as recruiting processes,headhunting and workplace dynamics, Communications, particularly on Intercultural communications, but I'm curious about a myriad of things and never tired to learn something new. I’m also enthusiastic student of CodeCademy,avid reader and admirer of good design.

This far my work experience has been very wide, as I've worked in spare part sales,with personal assessment in HR, conducted research both qualitative and quantitative, and gained experience in organizing international conferences.

Currenty I'm looking for job opportunities and investigating career paths in Dubai, The United Arab Emirates, in the field of HR and Communications. Although if an interesting job opportunity in another field would show up, I would definitely take it into consideration.
